Delete your account and data

You can request full deletion of your EasyPhysics account and personal data at any time.

What gets deleted

• Your account record (full name, phone number).
• Your device binding and any active session.
• Your lesson watch progress and per-lesson history.
• Any support tickets and messages you sent.

What we may retain (and for how long)

• Anonymised aggregate usage statistics (cannot be linked back to you).
• Records we are required by law to keep — for example, invoicing / bookkeeping records — for the minimum period the law requires.
• Backup snapshots that expire on the normal rotation schedule (typically within 30 days).

How to request deletion

Choose one of the two options below:

1. Email us. Send an email from the phone number or email address associated with your account to support@ez-physics.com with the subject line "Delete my account" and include:
   • Your full name as registered.
   • Your registered phone number.
   • An optional short reason (helps us improve, not required).

2. Ask the administrator. If you know your administrator personally, ask them to delete the account directly from the admin panel.

After deletion

Once deleted, your account cannot be restored. You would need to ask the administrator to create a new account, and your previous lesson progress will not be recovered.
