This Privacy Policy explains how Fathy & Omar Trading LLC ("EasyPhysics", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the EasyPhysics website, mobile application, and related services (the "Service").

1. Who this policy applies to

The Service is a private tutoring platform. Student accounts are created only by an administrator; there is no public sign-up. This policy applies to students, parents/guardians who supply account information on their behalf, and administrators.

2. Information we collect

• Account information supplied by the administrator: full name and phone number.
• Authentication data: a hashed password (admins only), session identifiers, and a device identifier that ties an account to a single device.
• Usage data: which lessons you have watched, watch progress, timestamps of logins, IP address, and basic device information (operating system, application version) needed to detect abuse and improve reliability.
• Content you consume: streaming metadata (which video, when, how much). We do not record your screen or camera.

We do not collect payment card data through the Service.

3. How we use your information

• To provide the tutoring service and deliver lessons to enrolled students.
• To enforce a single active device per account and prevent unauthorised sharing.
• To measure lesson progress and let the administrator follow up with students.
• To keep the Service secure — detect abuse, brute-force login attempts, and technical faults.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data because it is necessary to perform the tutoring contract between the student (or their guardian) and EasyPhysics, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure and functional.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. We use the following categories of service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations:

• Hosting and database: to run the API and store account records.
• Video storage and delivery: to store and stream lesson videos.
• Crash and error reporting: when enabled, limited technical diagnostics.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of the Service and its users.

6. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. When an account is deleted (see Section 9), personal identifiers are removed within 30 days; anonymised aggregate data may be retained for analytics.

7. Security

• Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing (bcrypt).
• All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
• Only one active session per student is allowed at a time.
• Access to production data is limited to authorised personnel.
• Video downloads are blocked in-app and screenshots are prevented on supported platforms.

No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your login details private.

8. Children

EasyPhysics is intended for students of secondary-school age and above. If you are under the digital age of consent in your country, an administrator must obtain your parent or guardian's permission before creating an account for you.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@ez-physics.com or visit /legal/delete-account.html.

10. International transfers

Our infrastructure may store or process data outside your country of residence. We rely on the safeguards offered by our hosting providers to protect data during international transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most recent version will always be available at this URL, with an updated effective date.
