Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EasyPhysics website, mobile application, and related services (the "Service") operated by Fathy & Omar Trading LLC. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• The Service is a private tutoring platform. Accounts are created only by an administrator; there is no public registration.
• You confirm that the information provided at enrolment (full name, phone number) is accurate and up to date.
• If you are under the digital age of majority in your country, your parent or guardian must consent to the account being created on your behalf.

2. Single-device rule

Each student account is bound to a single device on first login. This is a core anti-sharing measure. If you replace your device, contact the administrator to unbind and re-bind your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Share your login details, session, or device with anyone else.
• Download, screen-record, screen-capture, redistribute, resell, or publish any lesson videos, PDFs, or other materials from the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security or DRM feature.
• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others, or to distribute malware.
• Overload, probe, or attack the Service or attempt unauthorised access.

Violating this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including videos, lesson notes, diagrams, problem sets, source code, logos, and branding — is owned by EasyPhysics or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view the content for your own study while your account is active. No other rights are granted.

5. Fees and payment

Fees, payment terms, refund policy, and any promotional arrangements are agreed between you (or your guardian) and the administrator outside of the Service. Non-payment may result in suspension of access.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features, lessons, or entire courses at our discretion. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, if requested by law, or if we cease to operate the Service. On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyPhysics and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
